On your offer and during all times of your project you will have access to a precise equipment listing for your event. Furthermore, 3D visualisations are available for your event in advance; on receiving your offer you may be shown 3D pictures of your event. It is all so simple: What You See Is What You Get. From the very first moment you will be introduced to a project manager. This person will be at all times your liaison for offers, consulting, 3D modelling, planning and execution. From the first steps of the offer to the closing of the last truck doors at the lead-out, our PM is surrounded by a team of specialized technicians and experts whose aim is to make your event a success.
About our crew
Codex has an in-house crew of 30 motivated and professional full time employees. We compliment our crew with freelance techniciens and stage hands. During high season we operate with over 100 staff.
Because safety matters
Safety is an important matter at Codex. Our employees use security clothes (protective shoes, helmets, gloves, safety equipment for rigging). Our crews are regularly trained and have certification in event rigging and hold forklift and lifting systems licences. Besides the quality of the employees, the cleanliness and the technical status of the equipment is high on our list of priorities.
