Corporate events

Private events & weddings

Codex offers the following services for your wedding:
- DJ services in combination with our legendary party packages
- Live band with a complete package of light and sound
- Design furniture (e.g. self-illuminated tables and bars with your names)
- Supplementary lighting to decorate the church or your event location
- Decoration (fabrics, carpet, podiums, walkways, tents and roofs to cover your garden or outdoor spaces)
- Video equipment (beamers, plasma screens, cameras)
- Recording and editing services (DVD, Blu-Ray or any electronic format)

Turnkey solution for festivals
The organizer of a music event needs to focus on the lineup, the well of his guests and artists. Codex (Light-Sound-Video) takes care about the rest: we provide turnkey solutions for music festivals including all technical requirements from the stage and technical equipment to power generators, barriers and crowd management as well as backstage equipment (tents, furniture, etc.).
Concert
You are about to organize a concert with a star artist? Don’t hesitate to contact us! Long year experiences in this field help us in taking care about the technical issues of your next show. Our mission is to analyze the artist’s technical rider, get in contact with the technical crew of the tour and draw location specific plots for your show and deliver the equipment agreed with the artist and fit to the local needs.
Decoration, Exhibition
Our decoration and exhibition department will transform your next event, exhibition or fair stand into a high level presentation.
We are specialized in creating modern fair stands. We combine traditional exhibition systems (frames with colored or printed dibond/forex/…, wood works, etc.) with state of the art lighting, video and sound.
We are also specialized to transform your next event and add high-level quality. Imagine the stage of your next keynote presentation build out of rigid walls with build in projection screens, LED Walls or lighting effects.
Creative signage is important: we can decorate your event with large-scaled digital prints (on fabric or walls) or add the logo of your company in big 3D letters.
Last but not least, Codex (Light-Sound-Video) is also your partner to equip your event with design furniture. We stock a range of welcome desks and bars, document holders (also truss mountable), lounge furniture, tables with RGB LED lighting, traditional tables and design chairs.
